Why do not we pay attention to the pieces of knowledge that are so important or may be even crucial?
The vast majority of people, unfortunately, do not distinguish between material and spiritual (mental). It may well sound strange or even religious.
These days I think much about the importance of motivation, self-confidence, psychological state and other. It is a must for an individual to be healthy. But it is optional for a person to control one's mood, one's state of mind. Many people even do not think about such an chance throughout their life.
